Im writing to lodge the complaint about the poor quality of an air conditioner that I purchased from Sun Appliance Company.
Frankly speaking, Sun Appliance has always been my favorite. On December 4th, 2013, I bought the air conditioner (serial number 12345) from one of your chain stores. The machine operated well at first, but ten days later, there was a fault that bothered me, that is, the fan made so much noise that I could not sleep well at night. Worse still, the heating system didnt work well and the machine began to leak recently. Its poor quality ruined almost all my previous impression toward your products.
I strongly suggest that a repairman should be sent to my home without delay. I wonder if you could find out the exact cause of the problem as soon as possible. If you cant, I am afraid that I will request for full amount of refund or a new air conditioner.

I am sophomore from the Department of Low. Im writing the letter in purpose of complaining about the food and service in the canteen or campus。
To be frank, I am rather disappointed at the food quality, Price and service in the canteen. Besides, both the canteens should be subject to the students supervision. Dining is an everyday issue for students. It may affect their academic performance. Therefore, I sincerely hope this letter can draw your attention to the matter and I hope the problems mentioned above be solved as soon as possible。
September 10th is the day that every student should bear in mind. It is the time to express our congratulations to our teachers ,who have devoted most of their time and energy to us 。
I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude; I am referring to that unfortunate accident the other day, when I was knocked off my bike by taxi. If it had not been for my teachers timely assistance in giving me first aid, I fear that the consequences might have been much serious。
Everyone agrees that it was his quick-witted response in that emergency that has led to this satisfactory outcome。
I will repay my teachers kindness with my unselfish help to others. Although nowadays people in mounting numbers talk about the need to be unselfish, we see very few people practice what they preach. If there were more people like my teacher, this would be a much nicer place。
